NORTH VERNON
Robert Kevin Beal, 70, of North Vernon, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, at his home.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 23rd from 2-5pm at the farm (3225 North County Rd 100 East, North Vernon Indiana). Cremation was chosen. Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service are entrusted with the arrangements.
Born on October 29, 1954, in Seymour, Kevin was the loving son of the late John Robert and Nancy (Hill) Beal. He was united in marriage to Susan “Pud” Greathouse in 1976. She survives.
Kevin was a 1973 Seymour High School graduate. He co-owned B&H Electric in Seymour until he retired at 50 years old. He loved spending time on the farm and teaching the grandchildren the value of work and life skills. He took great pride and enjoyment watching his kids and grandchildren’s sporting events.
In addition to his wife, Susan (Pud) Beal of North Vernon, survivors include, sons; Rob (Sherry) Beal, and John (Sara) Beal; daughter, Mary McNulty all of North Vernon; brother, Mike Beal; grandchildren, Robbie (Macy), and Naomi Beal, Shane Jr, Skyler, Carter, and Carson McNulty, and Gage, and Owen Beal; great grandchild, Lily McNulty
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, John Robert and Nancy Beal; brothers Rodney and Larry Beal.
Memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to the First Baptist Church Missions in memory of Kevin Beal.
