Two employees have been promoted at the Tipton Lakes Community Association.
Nancy Battin has been named executive director, managing the association’s day to day operations including financial, property, reserve and asset management. A Columbus native, she graduated from Columbus North High School before earning her degree at Indiana Business College.
She has formerly served as marina manager, administrative assistant, social event organizer, accounting specialist and covenant enforcer at the association.
Malorie Ackerman has been promoted to the organization’s accounting operations. She previously served as the Welcome Coordinator/Receptionist.
A 2022 graduate of Ivy Tech with a degree in accounting, Ackerman has worked for the association for six years.
