COLUMBUS, Ind. — IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies with more than 6,600 global properties across 19 brands, has recognized Sprague Hotel Developers with a 2024 Performance Award for exceptional achievement and dedication to IHG’s mission of delivering “True Hospitality for Good.”
The annual Performance Awards celebrate hotels and management companies that demonstrate excellence across key performance areas, including guest satisfaction, cleanliness, service quality, and engagement in the IHG One Rewards loyalty program.
Sprague Hotel Developers was selected from nearly 4,500 hotels across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and South America. The company is one of just 696 honorees this year and received the coveted 2024 Owner and Operator Excellence Award—a distinction reserved for owners and management companies operating three or more hotels that have earned IHG’s top accolades. Only 31 companies across the region achieved this honor in 2024.
