Hope Hooks and Needles — 10 to 11 a.m., Hope Branch Library, 635 Harrison St., Hope. The Hooks and Needles program is for all types of needle crafters to gather, create, and socialize.
Preschool STEAM: Earth Day — 11:15 a.m. to noon, Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Preschoolers and their caregivers are invited to celebrate Earth Day at the library. Dig in the dirt and plant a seed to bring home and grow.

Sing & Play with Allie Jean — 4 to 4:30 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Little ones are invited to Sing & Play with Allie Jean. Register on the library website.
Music Makerspace — 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Columbus Propeller, 4760 Ray Boll Blvd., Columbus. Music Makerspace is a place where people can come looking for others to play music with. Propeller is looking for people interested in getting back into playing or possibly picking up an instrument.
Kids’ Ukulele Class — 4:35 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Kids in grades K through 6 are invited to the children’s department to learn how to play the ukulele with local musician, teacher and mom, Allie Jean. Register on the library website.
