Diana was born on May 30, 1952, in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Otis and Ruth Burns Basey. On August 12, 1998, she married Richard “Rick” H. Frame.

Her keen eye for detail and her ability to weave words together left an indelible mark on the industry. Diana and her husband also owned Ric’s Sports and Spirits for fifteen years.
She was a woman of many interests. Gardening was peaceful for her. She found solace in the pages of a good book and joy in the simple pleasure of baking with her grandchildren.
Traveling throughout the United States with her husband, Rick and close friends was something that Diana always looked forward to.
Mrs. Frame stood firm in her beliefs, facing life’s challenges with grace and determination. She looked forward to every opportunity to gather with family and friends, cherishing each moment and loved creating memories.
She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain a guiding light for her family and friends.
