The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until 11 p.m. Friday for Bartholomew County.
The watch includes 39 counties in total including Decatur, Johnson and Shelby counties in central Indiana, Brown and Jackson counties in south central Indiana and Jennings in southwest Indiana.
This includes the cities of Columbus, Greensburg, Nashville, North Vernon, Seymour, Shelbyville and Franklin.
