First Financial Bank and its Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group announce the promotion of Carlton Zesch as the new executive managing director and head of Yellow Cardinal M&A Services, a role in which he will oversee the investment banking team as they help clients build, protect and transfer wealth.
Yellow Cardinal M&A Services provides investment banking advice to middle market companies. Services include sell-side advising, buy-side advising, arranging management buyouts, and senior/subordinated debt. Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group has $5.4 billion in assets under management and care, and offers investment management, business succession planning, personal financial planning, trust and estate management, retail brokerage and corporate retirement plan services. Yellow Cardinal has a legacy of more than 90 years of history in investment advisory services with strong financial backing as a division of First Financial Bank.
Zesch is originally from Cincinnati and has been working in investment banking for 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond Robins School of Business.
