BATESVILLE — Jennings County rallied from a 3-0 deficit with four runs in the bottom of the seventh Wednesday to pull out a 4-3 win against Greensburg in the opening round of the Class 3A Batesville Sectional.
Ryleigh Sporleder went 2 for 3 with a double for the Panthers (15-11). Arian Day threw a two hitter and did not allow an earned run.
Jennings will play Franklin County, a 16-1 winner against South Dearborn, in the sectional final at 6 p.m. Thursday.
