MORRISTOWN — South Decatur outhit Tri 7-6 Thursday, but the Titans posted a 10-5 baseball win in the first round of the Morristown Sectional.
Corey Nugent and JP Scudder combined on a six-hitter with 12 strikeouts for the Cougars (7-12). Drake Scaggs went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs, and Scudder had two RBIs.
