Asbury United Methodist Church — Asbury offers a Traditional Service at 8:45 a.m. and a contemporary service at 11 a.m. Nursery is available for both services. Kids’ church is offered only at the 11 a.m. service. Sunday school classes meet at 10 a.m.
During the 11 a.m. service, children are welcomed to come up front in their own prepared area, “The Prayground.” This is a special time for them to participate in worship and to participate in quiet activities during the service. Kids’ church for 3 to 12-year-olds is offered at the 11 a.m. service.
Vacation Bible School, Build Your Faith, is scheduled for July 21 through 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. Registration is open at asburycolumbus.org.

Central Heights Church of God — The Sunday service begins with praise at 10:30 a.m. and a message lead by Jason Johnson. Nursery and child church services are available.

Community Church of Columbus — Celebrate Recovery is a group program for adults who desire to work through a harmful habit or hurt. Meeting every Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. at 3850 North Marr Road, Columbus.
Childcare is available at no cost. Rides are also available by texting 812-703-1215 by noon on Tuesdays.

Faith Lutheran Church — Worship each Sunday begins at 9 a.m. in person and live-streamed on the church’s Facebook page. Most Sundays, Sunday School and an Adult Bible Study are offered following the worship service.
Preschool classes continue throughout the year and the congregation offers an after school program each school day from 3 to 5:30 p.m. with busing from Southside Elementary.

First Baptist Church — First Baptist Church of Columbus welcomes you to join us in worship on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Children’s programming and a nursery are available during morning worship. Petersville United Methodist Church — Rev. Mackenzie Phillips, MDIV, Associate Pastor at Columbus First United Methodist Church, will be our guest speaker. The morning message titled “Springs of Living Water” will be from Isaiah 58:11-12 & Psalm 23 (NRSVUE). We will share in the sacrament of communion.
Worship and song will be led by Kathy Bush and Teresa Covert will bring the children’s message.

Sandy Hook United Methodist Church — Sandy Hook United Methodist church gathers weekly for in person worship and online. This Sunday, June 1, service begins at 11 a.m. The message will be about “Waiting Together” as part of the sermon series “Healing the World.”
Sunday School is offered for all ages now from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
The nursery is available for ages 0-3 from 9:30 a.m. to the end of service.
Galilean Church, our Hispanic Service, is on Sundays at 2:00 p.m.
The Youth Group meets on Sundays at 5 p.m. for a quick meal and then the meeting.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church — St. Paul’s is an inclusive faith community of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis. The church meets in person or by livestream at the church’s website, stpaulscolumbus.org.

St. Paul Lutheran Church — The Ascension of Christ into heaven will be celebrated Sunday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 6045 E. State St., Columbus, when Pastor Doug Bauman will present the message “Seated at the Right Hand,” based on Ephesians 1:15-23 during the 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services.
Christian Fellowship begins at 9:10 a.m. with Christian Education classes for children beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The Spanish worship service will be led by Pastor Dan Fickenscher in the Fellowship Room at 10:45 a.m., with Spanish Bible Study at 12:15 p.m.
Matins prayer service is offered each Wednesday in the church at 10:15 a.m.
Radio Worship Service is every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and The Lutheran Hour is every Sunday at 7 p.m., both on WYGS 91.1 FM.
The Adult Bible Class meets Wednesday in the Fellowship Room at 9 a.m., studying scripture readings for the upcoming Sunday services. The 6 p.m. class will not meet until August.
A Rummage Sale will be held at the church on Friday, June 6, from 3 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with proceeds benefitting Extending Christ’s Love.
Vacation Bible School will be held for children ages 3 through sixth grade, Monday through Friday, July 14 to 18, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., with the theme “The Way in the Wilderness.” Register by using the VBS link on the church homepage.

Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbus — On Sunday, June 1, all are invited to join us for a special service: “I Know This Rose Will Open.”
Every year, Unitarian Universalists celebrated Flower Communion in which everyone is invited to bring a flower from their garden or the store. Rev. Nic will collect these flowers in a common space and everyone will be able to go home with a different flower symbolizing the beauty and diversity of our community and world. Join us as we retell the story of Czech Unitarian minister, Norbert Capek, and the Flower Communion.

East Columbus United Methodist Church — Grace’s Table is a free meal available for anyone to attend. The meal is every second Sunday of the month at 5 p.m. inside the Youth Center Building adjacent to the main church building.
