Bartholomew County government offices have been massively if not totally dominated by one party for more than 20 years.
That party should accept a large part of the responsibility for the repeated financial embezzlement issues locally. It’s time to recognize the value of a real and competitive two-party system at the local level to keep things more honest. This should be a priority both currently and at the next election.
