NORTH VERNON
Thomas Edward Shulick Jr., 72, of North Vernon, passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at his residence.
Born December 23, 1952, in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Thomas Edward Sr. and Betty (St. Clair) Shulick.
Thomas was a 1970 graduate from Morgantown High School in West Virginia and a 1974 graduate from West Virginia University. He was a security guard for Securitas for several years, retiring in 2024. He worked for Lowes Distribution in North Vernon for 15 years and was a Hill’s Department store manager in Columbus, Bloomington, and Kokomo. Thomas enjoyed reading, writing short stories, watching old movies, riding motorcycles, and flying in planes.
He is survived by his daughter, Autumne (Justin) Streeval of Columbus; his sister, Karen Shulick-Robinson, of Morgantown, West Virginia, grandchildren, Stella and Madelyn Streeval of Columbus; his nephew, Jacob Robinson of Morgantown, West Virginia; and niece Julia (Justin) Robinson-Wolfe also of Morgantown, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
In keeping with family wishes, there are no funeral services planned at this time.
