The Columbus Board of Works and Safety released $10,275.47 from escrow to developers of the Windstar Woods subdivision as a release of performance guarantee on Tuesday.
The funds were used to complete various infrastructure projects on five different lots in the subdivision as part of ongoing construction.
The subdivision, west of Taylor Road and south of Rocky Ford Road, is currently undergoing construction. Upon completion, the subdivision will have 89 lots, offering ranch and two-story floor plans.
