USDA Summer Food Service Programnoon to 1 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Bartholomew County School Corp. will once again be partnering with the library to provide summer lunch services.

Teen Game Day — 1 to 4 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Games include Disney Sorcerer’s Arena: Epic Alliance, numerous unicorn-themed games and games on the arcade machine. Register on the library website.

Tween Game Time — 3:30 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Stop by and join library staff for some laid-back fun as you play your way through the library’s collection of board, card and dice games. Game selection may vary.

BCPL Express — 3:30 to 4:45 p.m., Columbus Pet Food Pantry, 4770 Ray Boll Blvd., Columbus. BCPL Express is a mobile free book program from the Bartholomew County Public Library.

Discerning the Truth with Marie Lu — 4 to 5 p.m., online only. Explore the intricate world of legend with Marie Lu as she encourages readers to look beyond the surface and reveal hidden secrets. Register on the Bartholomew County Public Library website.

Transformers — 6 to 7 p.m., St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 719 Fifth St., Columbus. This group welcomes children and families who are grieving a loss. Families will receive resources/topics the Monday prior to the Thursday meeting. Meets in-person on the first and third Thursdays of each month in Room 2164. “Charlie & the Chocolate Factory” — 7 p.m., Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Road, Columbus. The Mill Race Theatre Company and the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic will perform “Charlie & the Chocolate Factory,” with songs from the movie including “Candy Man,” “Oompa Loompa Song” and “Pure Imagination.” Tickets are $30.
