INDIANAPOLIS — – The closure planned for this weekend on northbound I-65 in southeast Indianapolis is postponed due to forecasted inclement weather. Both lanes will remain open to traffic throughout the weekend.
Northbound I-65 is currently scheduled to close next weekend at 9 p.m. on Friday, July 25, and reopen by 6 a.m. on Monday, July 28, for continued drainage work under the interstate. The closure extends from the I-65/I-465 interchange to the I-65/I-70 interchange.
An updated schedule to finish drainage work on both northbound and southbound I-65 will be shared once available.
