A total of $310,304 was raised during the annual Bartholomew County 4-H Livestock Sale, 2.58% more than 2014. Other items, including ice cream and furniture, were sold as well.

Columbus clog dancer Chriss Ginn was one of several featured performers at the Hoosier History Fest at the Indiana Historical Society in downtown Indianapolis. Other events included an antique car show and military encampments.

Go-kart racing was the first event of the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair, along with a concert by the Columbus City Band in the Farm Bureau building.
