A Columbus-based hotel development and management company has received the 2024 Platinum Circle Award from Marriott International.
Sprague Hotel Developers received the award for their Residence Inn Indianapolis South/Greenwood property. This specific property is in the top 2% of Residence Inn locations nationwide. The platinum Circle award is based on a number of key metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction and brand compliance.

McCoy has served as general manager for the past three years. Under McCoy’s leadership, the location has become one of the top in the country, winning the Diamond Circle award in 2024, meaning it was in the top 1% of Residence Inn locations in the nation.
