His performance last week: “I felt like our offense worked really well. We were kind of machine-like in our execution, and when everyone does their job, we can execute really well, and I think everybody did their job, so it turned out really well.”

Do you do anything special to prepare? “I watch lots of film and listen to music before a game. Visualization has been a big part recently, just visualizing what I’m going to do and how everything is going to play out.”

Best advice: “Have no regrets. Make sure everything you do, you do with a purpose and you do it as hard as you can because when it’s the last game, you’re not going to be thinking about the wins and losses, you’re going to be thinking about what work you could have put in, what more you could have done.’’

Athletics goal: “This year, I want to be All-State, All-Conference, and as a team, I want to go win a state title. That’s what we’re shooting for, and that’s what our goals are as a team.”
