Paoli edges Trinity

SEYMOUR — Paoli pulled out a three-set win at No. 1 doubles Saturday to claim a 3-2 boys tennis win at Trinity Lutheran.

Jonathan Naewedde beat Charlie Higgins 6-4, 6-0 at No. 2 singles, and Daniel Naewedde topped Blaze Knapp 6-3, 6-2 at No. 3 singles for the Cougars (3-3).

Trinity’s Jack Stuckwisch fell to Kirk Hughes 7-5, 6-0 at No. 1 dingles. Luke Schepman and Reed Roeder lost to Klay Turner and Chad Sullivan 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 at No. 1 doubles, and Ross Bevers and Zach Lister fell to Dakota Moasty and Colton Henderson 6-0, 7-5 at No. 2 doubles.
