The IU Columbus men’s soccer team picked up a 3-1 win Saturday at St. Francis (Ill.) before falling 4-0 Monday at St. Xavier (Ill.).
Kevin Cruz, Michael Ruiz and Saulo Luna scored the goals in the win against St. Francis. Columbus North graduate Christian Cardoso and Ruiz each had an assist. Jacob Kasarda recorded five saves in goal.
Kasarda posted 10 saves, and Harris Weltz added two saves in Monday’s loss to St. Xavier.
The Crimson Pride (2-1) return home to host IU Northwest at 3 p.m. Saturday.
