SEYMOUR — Colubmus East rallied from an early one-goal deficit to open its Hoosier Hills Conference boys soccer season with a 2-1 win at Seymour and capture the “O” Cup.
Farid Garcia Renteria scored off an assist from Emilio Quintero Aguirre to tie the game. Quinterio Aguirre then scored the winning goal for the Olympians (3-3-1, 1-0) off an asisst from David Sylva.
East coach Sam LaVelle praised the work rate off the bench from Amelizon Adeus.
