MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin — Tsunami Express Car Wash \announced it has closed the acquisition of 53 Take 5 Car Wash locations from Whistle Express Car Wash, marking a major step forward in Tsunami’s Midwest expansion strategy. With this acquisition, Tsunami Express grows its operations to 74 locations across nine states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

As part of the acquisition, Tsunami Express will rebrand all acquired locations .
Tsunami Express, backed by an affiliate of Point72 Private Investments, engaged the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. for legal counsel and Ardent Advisory Group for financial guidance on the transaction. Stephens Inc. served as exclusive financial advisor to Whistle Express on the divestiture.
