NASHVILLE — Brown County bounced back from Tuesday’s 3-2 loss to Southwestern (Shelby) with a 4-1 boys tennis win Wednesday against White River Valley.
Jax Burt blanked Grady Parnell 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, Bryan Teague topped Isaiah Lovell 6-1, 7-6 (6) at No. 2 singles and Nolan McFall blanked Tristan Veerseman 6-0, 6-0 at No. 3 singles for the Eagles. Jax Anderson and Tyler Webb won by forfeit at No. 2 doubles.
Brown County’s Jack Keener and Nicklaus Arndt fell to Travis Carmichael and Jamison Shake 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1 doubles.
