RUSHVILLE — Hauser came close in all three sets Thursday, but fell 26-24, 25-22, 25-23 at Rushville.
Charleston Gelfius led the Jets (7-22) with five solo and one assist block and three aces. Kaidenze Shoaf pounded six kills, Ruby McKinney recorded 16 assists and Hayden Dickey notched 13 digs.
Also for Hauser, Gelfius tallied five kills, and Regan Mack added four kills and one solo and one assist block. Shoaf had one assist and two aces, Dickey posted one assist, Peyton Norris contributed one solo and one assist block, McKinney notched 11 digs and one ace and Hope Bailey added 10 digs.
