COLUMBUS, Ind. — Bartholomew County Highway Department will close a lane on 25th Street, between County Road 525E and 650E, on Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists are asked to avoid the area but if traveling through the area, obey flaggers at the construction site.
