The new Cummins Seymour Technical Center officially opened, which included social hubs, walking treadmill desks, movable furniture, quiet zones, focus booths, a food court-inspired cafeteria and a telepresence room.
2000
The 17th annual Ethnic Expo kicked off with more than 25 food booths, including Italy, Germany and China. Attendance was up from the 1999 Expo, which was dampened with heavy rain.

J. Irwin Miller, chairman of the board of Cummins Engine Co., was chosen to be the speaker for 1975’s Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce annual meeting on Dec. 2.
