The Bartholomew County Financial Literacy Coalition is seeking volunteers to help with two programs, the Reality Store and Money Moves.
Money Moves will be Oct. 27 and 28 at Columbus East High School and Oct. 29 at Columbus North High School.
Ninth graders will create a budget and then use a simulation to see if the budget will cover their expenses.
Volunteers are needed for two-hour time blocks to staff a table where they serve as a “salesperson.”

To volunteer for the North session, visit https://bit.ly/Fall25MoneyMovesNorth.
About 200 volunteers are needed for The Reality Store, which will be Oct. 28 at Northside Middle School and Nov. 7 at Central Middle School.
In the sessions, youth will make financial decisions that face adults, and will deal with unexpected expenses and challenges.
