DAYTON, Tenn. — The Columbus Christian volleyball team will play for third place in the Division IV bracket of the National Association of Christian Athletes Tournament after going 3-2 over the past two days in Dayton, Tennessee.
The Crusaders opened by winning 16-20, 20-18, 25-9 against Calvary Christian Academy from Florida and 20-6, 20-15 Indy Fire JV from Greenwood Wednesday. Thursday, Columbus Christian fell 20-14, 20-17 against Collegedale Academy JV from Tennessee, won 20-15, 20-8 against Indy Fire JV and lost 20-13, 20-15 against Collegedale Academy JV.
The Crusaders (10-16) will wrap up their stay in the tournament at 8 a.m. Friday against First Baptist Academy from Cooper City, Florida, in the third-place game.
