YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear before the Judge of the Bartholomew Circuit Court, 555 First Street, Columbus, IN 47201 – 812-379-1605 for a(n) hearing on 15th day of October, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. At said hearing, the Court will consider the Petition and evidence thereon and will render its decision as to whether the above named minor child is child in need of services and shall enter adjudication accordingly.
