Legal Advertisement LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION This is to inform interested parties that TWG Development intends to file a Notice of Intent with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction and land disturbing activities for the Flats on 14th project. The project is located on a +/-3.195-acre parcel of land in the NW ¼ of Sections 19; Township 9 North; Range 6 East 0.1 miles northeast of the intersection of 14th Street and Michigan Street, Columbus Township, Bartholomew County, Columbus Indiana. The project involves erosion control, clearing, grading, utility infrastructure, building construction, concrete curb, asphalt paving, landscaping and other activities associated with development of multi-family residential use. The receiving water for the project is Flatrock River. The project will be monitored during construction by the City of Columbus MS4.
