BDS-2025-006: Jeanette Buzzard – A request by Jeanette Buzzard for development standards variances from Zoning Ordinance Section 3.12(C) to allow an accessory structure (a detached garage) to have a 0 foot setback from 340 South, 25 feet less than the required 25 foot setback and Zoning Ordinance Section 6.1(E)(3) to allow an accessory structure (a detached garage) to be located in a front yard (340 South). The property is located at 5381 South 1005 East, in Rockcreek Township. The hearing(s) will occur at the November 4, 2025 meeting, which begins at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 123 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana.
