COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Columbus Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Addaline Mullins, 15, who is believed to have left her home in the 700 block of Werner Avenue on the evening of Oct. 29 or the morning of Oct. 30.
She is described as 5 feet tall, 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and black or grey sweatpants.
Detectives are actively trying to locate Mullins. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the dispatch center at 812-379-1689.
