Legal Advertisement NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the CITY OF COLUMBUS, Bartholomew County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the CITY OF COLUMBUS, INDIANA at their regular meeting place at City Hall, at 6:00 o’clock P.M. on the 18th day of November, 2025 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. General Fund 1101 Personal Services $17,440.00 General Fund 1101 Supplies $25,000.00 General Fund 1101 Other Services and Charges $11,150.00 Thoroughfare Fund 2210 Capital Expenditures $1,500.000.00 Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
