NORTH VERNON — Jennings County jumped out to a 33-17 halftime lead Saturday and went on to post a 64-49 girls basketball win against Austin.
Etta Young led the Panthers (2-0) with 25 points. Mollie Ernstes scored 21, and Riley Byford added 14.
