Legal Advertisement November 12, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of filing of Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) FY September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025 Pursuant to 24CFR Part 91, et al., each jurisdiction must submit a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Planning and Development Programs, to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) within 90 days after the end of its program year, or November 29, 2025, and a complete update of the Consolidated Plan every five years as a prerequisite to receiving funds under the formula grant programs listed below: Community Development Block Grant Program/Entitlement Program (CDBG) – $3,434 expended from Program Year PY2020 funds; $98,918.41 expended from Program Year 2021 funds; $130,642 expended from Program Year 2022 funds; and $122,404 expended from Program Year 2023 funds and $170,555 from Program Year 2024 funds. The majority of the funds were expended within Census Tract 101 and 107. Provided funds were used for owner-occupied housing rehabilitation, multi-unit housing rehabilitation, public facilities improvements and planning/administration. A minimum of 70% of the funds have directly benefited persons whose income does not exceed 80 percent of the median.
