Music with Valerie — 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join music therapist Valerie Jones as she guides the group through well-known songs with gentle movement and participation. Register on the library website.

Teen Art Studio: Mushroom Block Prints — 3:30 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Learn to carve erasers to make small blocks for printing. You will carve out your own unique mushrooms and then use them to stamp cardstock to make fun and fall themed prints. Register on the library website.

BYO Art Night — 6 to 8 p.m., T.S. Artisans, 422 Washington St., Columbus. This is a zero-pressure space to connect with other local creatives and make progress on whatever you’re creating. Light snacks will be provided. A donation at the door is suggested.

Free Teen Night — 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Foundation for Youth, 405 Hope Ave., Columbus. Will include food, gymnastics, games and an open gym.

“Game of Tiaras” — 7 p.m., Columbus East High School, 230 S. Marr Road, Columbus. Columbus East High School’s theatre department will present “Game of Tiaras,” written by Doug Zolidis, which combines plot points from Shakespeare’s “King Lear” with knock-off Disney princesses. Jazz at Helen’s featuring the Tom Walsh Quintet — 7:30 p.m., Helen Haddad Hall, 315 Franklin St., Columbus. Tom Walsh, professor of saxophone and chair of the Jazz Studies Department at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, will perform in concert. Cost is $45.
