The nozzle of the spray hose at the sink in the dishwashing area hangs below the flood rim of the sink. The owner made a temporary repair to the spray hose so that the nozzle is above the flood rim.

The following temperature measurements were taken on foods on the buffet line: mashed potatoes were measured at 124° Fahrenheit, buffalo wings were measured at 128° Fahrenheit, pizza was measured at 103° Fahrenheit, chicken-on-a-stick was measured at 112° Fahrenheit and sliced watermelon was measured at 48° Fahrenheit.

Handwashing sinks must be provided with soap. There is no soap at the hand sink at the west end of the soda fountain or in the downstairs women’s restroom. Handwashing sinks must be provided with hand-drying devices. The towel dispensers at the wait station and in the laundry area are not working. The new bar was installed without a plan review. The owner of a retail food establishment is required to submit plans for review for all remodels.
