Key Club students visit Meridian Kiwanis

Members from Columbus East Key Club visited the Meridian Kiwanis meeting Thursday to recognize the club for sponsoring their participation in the Indiana District Key Leader retreat at Camp Tecumseh in Brookston.

Students were Charlie Shonk, Lexie Tempest and Key Club President Reagan Moffitt.

Key Leader is a leadership development program sponsored by Kiwanis International for high school students. It focuses on servant leadership principles including self-awareness, leadership, growth mindset, global citizenship, meaningful connections, and effective communication. This year’s lead facilitator was Tracey Devereaux from Nova Scotia, Canada.
