Winter weather advisory is in effect through 7 a.m. Tuesday, 1 to 4 inches of snow possible

COLUMBUS, Ind. — A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. today through 7 a.m. Tuesday, including all of Central Indiana, including Bartholomew County.

About 2-5 inches of snow is expected in northern Indiana and 1 to 4 inches is expected in southern Indiana.

Bands of heavier snowfall possible with 1-2 inches of snowfall an hour in some areas.

Wind chills will be in the 20s during the day and in the teens at night. Single digit wind chills are expected Wednesday and Thursday night.
