Let’s check in on the MAGAfication of America.
The MAGA GOP has declared DEI to be a “human rights violation.” The MAGA message to women and minorities is: “There is a white hetero Christian 100% American male that can do that job better than you.”
But experiences with women and minorities and all those scary people different from “us” prove that is wrong. Describing most of the people on the planet in that way is hateful, prejudiced, and ignorant. MAGA believes these are second rate humans. “Quiet, piggy!” says Trump.
Our “Department of War” is being led by an inept middle school bully. Is he committing war crimes and/or murder by shooting boats out of the water without evidence, and ordering all survivors be killed? He says, “Kill them all.”
Young National Guard members that enlisted to aid their country are pulled from their jobs and families and deployed to pick up trash or stand around for pointless political theater. Then a betrayed American ally from an earlier GOP misadventure (remember Afghanistan?) shot two of these innocent uniformed targets, murdering one. They shouldn’t have been there at all.
The government shutdown happened because MAGA is killing health care for millions via their Big Ugly Bill, and Democrats objected. As SNAP benefits were about to run out, states stepped up to fund them. Trump said “Don’t.”
Next, a judge ordered Trump to use money specifically reserved to feed poor people. Trump appealed that decision! MAGA was taking food away from poor people to pressure Democrats to take away their health care too. Well, MAGA is taking health care away anyway.
The House just passed a resolution titled “Denouncing the Horrors of Socialism.” It is so poorly written that it doesn’t even denounce socialist horrors like fire departments, roads, schools, hospitals, police, or even ICE thugs or huge subsidies to giant oil companies.
MAGA Christian Nationalists have hijacked the Lord himself with their version of a malicious and spiteful Jesus, where hating the stranger and starving the poor are blessed. But Jesus said, “Love everyone.”
Biden tossed the keys of a hot and healing economy to Trump, who immediately drove it into a ditch while tweeting deranged rants.
Trump’s tariffs (taxes on Americans) are destroying our economy, but Trump and his crypto-grifter family are raking in billions, much of it from Saudi Arabia, our 9/11 friends.
It’s obvious MAGA leaders dislike most Americans, but what about closer to home? Our MAGA Hoosier senators certainly sold their souls for a belly rub from Trump. Do our local elected GOP officials seriously agree with Trump on all of this? Do they ever talk to their MAGA party bosses and tell them “Enough!”
How about it, locally elected MAGA folks? Is all this fine?
