NORTH VERNON — Class 3A No. 6 Jennings County jumped out to a 15-4 lead after one quarter Tuesday and went on to post a 59-42 Hoosier Hills Conference girls basketball win at Seymour.
Mollie Ernstes led the Panthers (7-2, 2-0) with 23 points. Etta Young scored 12, and Kaydence Lowman added nine.
