PORT HURON, Mich. — The Indiana Sentinels picked up their third consecutive win Saturday, taking a 4-2 victory at Port Huron.
The Sentinels jumped out to a 3-2 lead. Denver Craig scored the first two off assists from Colin Tracy, Ethan Esposito and Noah Hippolyte-Smith in the first period.
Zac Horn added a second-period goal off assists from Ivan Ponivanov and Esposito. After Port Huron cut the lead to 3-2, the Sentinels got an insurance goal from Ashton Collazo off assists from Craig and Jonas Leas to put it away.
Port Huron outshot Indiana 45-25. John Werber recorded 43 saves.
The Sentinels return home to play Watertown Friday an Dec. 20 at Hamilton Community Center and Ice Arena.
