Orchids to
Australia, whose response to the terrible terrorist mass shootings is to tighten their gun laws; how many more will die here before we as a country get sick and tired of it?
the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Laura Andrews Studio for an engaging, participatory and well-attended Christmas concert.
Indiana University quarterback Fernando Mendoza, winner of the Heisman Trophy.
Onions to
the city department that did not follow up on the complaint regarding no hot water in the women’s restroom.
the elected one who is buying support via subsidies to farmers, health care, and now marijuana users with one hand, while taking more from us with the other hand.
electing to office one who doesn’t believe in global warming, now rolling back or canceling most projects designed to fight it, hence more violent weather.
the truck driver who passed me when the road conditions were way too hazardous.
the political party which would rather verbally condemn gun violence and mass shootings than actually doing something to better control or limit the right to bear arms.
spending our tax and grant money on the Clarion subdivision with its 2+ acre lots, and promises for more infrastructure support dollars in a known flood zone.
the elected official’s proposed, ridiculous and very expensive triumphal arch to be built in Washington, D.C.
asking how many more shootings we need to get serious about common sense gun control.
the city for the handling of the roads; we pay high taxes and have to drive on icy, snow-covered roads.
the state leader who obviously does not understand, has forgotten, or never learned the meaning of “Laissez-faire” in American history.
the man in the White House for his crudeness, rudeness and vulgarity to women and minorities, and to anyone else who disagrees with him.
