COLUMBUS, Ind. — Eastern Bartholomew Water said due to another utility company hitting a water main, customers in or near the Highfield West Addition area between County Road West 500 North to North 200 West are experiencing low pressure or a water outage. Company officials are en route to make repairs. Customers may be without water for four to six hours. Once water service is restored, customers will be under a boil water advisory until noon Friday. Any water that is to be consumed, customers are asked to bring the water to a rolling boil for at least 5 minutes and allow it to cool before consuming.
