Holland Street, Edinburgh, Indiana, to consider a petition by Angela M. Kelsay, for consideration of an ordinance annexing certain property contiguous to the boundaries of the Town of Edinburgh and a resolution adopting a fiscal plan of services for the annexation of certain territory. This request is for the annexation of approximately 1.30 acres commonly known as 7995 S. US 31 Edinburgh, IN 46124, legally described as follows: Lots numbered 35 and 41 of the Plat of Heckman Village, Recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 54, in the office of the recorder of Johnson County, Indiana, as recorded in documents numbered 2013-004477 and 2013-004479 in the Office of the Recorder of Johnson County, Indiana. Parcel#: 41-12-33-021- 034.000-001 41-12-33- 021-035.000-001 41-12-33-021-035.001-001 41-12-33-021-041.000-001 And including all contiguous areas of public highways and rights-of-way of the public highways which are not already contained within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Edinburgh. Written suggestions or objections to provisions of said request may be filed with the Edinburgh Town Clerk, at or before such meeting and will be heard by the Edinburgh Town Council at the time and place specified.
