INDIANAPOLIS — Emma Murray went over the 1,000-point mark for her career, and Columbus Christian added the Southern Roads Conference girls basketball regular season championship to the tournament they won last week with a 60-46 win against Christian Academy of Madison at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Murray reached 1,000 with her first basket 38 seconds into the game. She finished with a game-high 23 points to lead the Crusaders (13-2, 4-0).
Katie Bond scored 21 points for Columbus Christian. Olivia Wise added 10.
