Due to the forecast of a winter storm, Columbus Department of Public Works will be delaying all trash and sanitation collections by one day during next week.
This change will allow employees to focus on prioritizing plowing, road treatment and road safety.
The department will pick up Monday routes on Tuesday, and so on, with Friday collections being picked up on Saturday, Jan. 31.
