The waffle batter was measured at 51° Fahrenheit and sausage links in the warming unit were measured at 108° Fahrenheit. Food on display must be protected from contamination by the use of packaging. Apples on display were not wrapped.

Sausage links, cooked eggs and gravy stored in the reach-in cooler were not date labeled. Handwashing sinks must be easily accessible at all times and be used for no purpose other than handwashing. The hand sink in the kitchen had a container of cleaning agent and a scoring pad stored in it. Handwashing sinks must be provided with a hand drying device. There are no paper towels at the handwashing sink in the kitchen.
