Faurecia debuted its Thermo-Electric Generator concept, the world’s first system to convert exhaust heat into electricity for hybrid cars and horsepower for commercial trucks, at the North American International Auto Show.

Indiana’s first lady, Judy O’Bannon, visited Lincoln Elementary School to talk about the importance of reading as part of Gov. Frank O’Bannon’s Ready to Read initiative.

Talmage Rogers of Columbus received the Roger Williams Medallion in recognition of his leadership as president of the Roger Williams Foundation at Indiana University. The foundation sponsored the ombudsman office at IU and was a member of the Center for University Ministry.
