Two Columbus natives have been named to the 2026 cohort for the Orr Fellowship. The new Fellows below have been matched with an Orr partner company as they embark on a two-year fellowship upon graduation.
Local participants are:

- Damon Gregory, Indiana University, First Merchants Bank
Orr Fellowship’s 2026 cohort has matched nearly 100 college seniors and recent graduates with leading Indiana-based partner companies. The Columbus natives join a network of 676 Orr alumni and 131 current Fellows in the program.
